Patient Success

Dedicated Care Advisor
- Each patient is assigned a single point of contact / dedicated care advisor to work with every step of the way.
- Our Care Advisors help answer patient’s questions, provide educational resources, and provide details on upcoming surgery.
- Care advisors facilitate two-way communication and coordination between the Patient and the Patient’s selected doctor.
Surgery Coordination
- Patients select their desired surgeon and facility they would like their procedure to be performed from our recommended network.
- After that, our team coordinates everything to schedule the surgery.
- Prior to surgery we prep patient with their doctor’s pre-op diet and additional resources.
We handle transportation
- We handle all ground transportation for our patients as soon as they arrive at San Diego Int’l Aiport (airfare not included).
- Safe transportation across the border to Mexico, between hospital and hotel, and back to the U.S.
On-site Coordinator
- Unlike our competitors, a member of our team will meet our patients at their hotel as soon as they arrive in Mexico.
- Above all, our on-site coordinator is a resource for our patients if they ever need anything throughout their stay.
Comfortable Stay
- Traveling can be a stressful experience. However, we do our best to mitigate this by providing a comfortable hotel and hospital stay for our patients in Mexico.
- Patients stay at their hotel the first and last nights in the hotel, then in the hospital for the 2nd and 3rd nights.
Based in the U.S.
- Conveniently located in Downtown San Diego.
- Short 30 minute drive from our patients to help them with anything they need.
- U.S. partner for our patients to ensure their surgery abroad is a success.
Ongoing Post-op Support
- Provide 2 years of post-op support for our patients to ensure proper healing + recovery.
- TreVita Patients also receive the first 3 months of post-op bariatric supplements for free.
TreVita App
- Minimizes the amount of work involved in tracking your transformation after bariatric surgery.
- In addition, our app connects to the TreVita Bluetooth smart scale that is provided along with the TreVita Welcome Package.
