Yes!

For Bariatric & Stem Cell: You are allowed to bring one person with you free of charge. All rooms are equipped to accommodate your guest throughout your stay.

For Plastic: Additional fees would apply for your companions accommodations during your stay at the recovery house.

Your client coordinator can answer any questions you and your guest may have, including local recommendations. Please keep in mind that your companion meals are not included.

Do you ever have trouble crossing the border between Mexico and the U.S.

No!

The facilities we work with are issued a special medical tourism pass to ensure a hassle-free border crossing!

Do you book my airfare?

Unfortunately, no we do not provide that service.

You are responsible for your travel to San Diego. Once you have your flight info, you send it to us so we can arrange for pick up at the airport and take you to your hotel and surgical facility in Tijuana, Mexico.

I’ve never traveled to Mexico. Is it safe?

Yes!

Nearly 40 million Americans safely travel to Mexico every year. Many of those people had already been and chose to keep going back. The more important question is about your medical safety. How do I get from the San Diego Airport to Mexico?

We have you covered.

Transportation to and from the airport is on us. One of our dedicated drivers will pick you up from the airport and take you directly to your hotel and surgical center in Tijuana. At the end of your stay, we will drive you back to the San Diego Airport.

How do I communicate with the Doctors? I don’t speak Spanish.

All of our client coordinators and surgeons speak English and there is always a fluent English-speaking staff member on the floor at all times (even after hours).
