TreVita × Happy Head Father’s Day Hair Restoration Giveaway

1. Sponsor & Partner. This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by TreVita (the “Sponsor”) in collaboration with its partner Happy Head (the “Partner”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
2. Eligibility. Entrants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry and legally able to enter. The grand prize requires international travel and a medical procedure; entrants must be willing and able to travel to San Diego, California, and to Tijuana, Mexico, hold any travel documents required for that travel, and meet the medical candidacy requirements in Section 7. Employees of the Sponsor and Partner and their immediate families are not eligible. No purchase of any products or services is necessary. Void where prohibited. Additional eligibility terms and conditions due to medical candidacy are set forth below. 
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway opens on June 8, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30th, 2026 (Father’s Day). Entries submitted outside this window will not be counted.
4. How to Enter. To enter, complete all of the following steps:

1. Follow @trevitamedicaltourism and @hihappyhead on Instagram;
2. Like the official Giveaway post;
3. Comment tagging a dad who deserves it — or nominate yourself and tell us why.

Bonus entry: Repost the Giveaway post to your story or feed and tag @trevitamedicaltourism and @hihappyhead to receive one (1) additional entry.

1. Prize. One (1) winner will receive:

• From TreVita: 50% off the price of one (1) hair restoration / transplant procedure up to 4000 grafts (the “Procedure”); and
• From Happy Head: a complimentary promo code for a free 3-month supplement, the specific supplement to be based upon the winner’s specific situation, one (1) bottle of shampoo, and other complimentary hair supplements as may be beneficial to the winner as determined by Happy Head.
• Odds of Success: 1 chance in 1,000.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The TreVita prize is a discount and not a free procedure; remaining costs and travel are the winner’s responsibility as described in Section 9. No substitution except by the Sponsor. 

1. Winner Selection & Notification. The winner will be selected from all valid entries and announced on or about July 7th, 2026. The winner will be contacted via the Instagram handle and/or contact details provided on the entry form. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 5 days; if they do not, or if they decline or are found ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
2. Winner Eligibility & Medical Candidacy. Because the prize includes a surgical procedure, the selected winner must be confirmed as a suitable candidate by the health care provider performing the Procedure before the prize is awarded. As part of this confirmation the winner must, to the satisfaction of that health care provider:

• Confirm they do not have cancer;
• Be a viable transplant candidate (sufficient donor area — cases of extremely advanced hair loss may not be suitable for transplantation);
• Confirm they are HIV-negative; 
• Be willing to obtain a tetanus vaccination as required for the procedure

Final medical eligibility is determined by the health care provider in their sole discretion. If the winner does not meet the medical candidacy requirements or declines required steps, they may forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Note: The Procedure and all related treatments, surgeries, and medical care are provided by an independent Health Care Provider and not by or at the direction of the Sponsor or Partner.

1. Procedure Scheduling. The winner must schedule their procedure within the first three (3) months after being announced — i.e., the procedure must be scheduled by October 8th, 2026. Failure to schedule within this window may result in forfeiture of the prize.
2. Costs & Payment Responsibilities. The following apply to the TreVita procedure prize:

• No deposit is required from the winner;
• The winner must pay 50% of the procedure cost no later than two (2) weeks before the procedure date. The estimated total cost, including the procedure and transportation, is approximately USD $4,250 to USD $5,000. Actual costs may vary depending on individual circumstances and final treatment requirements.
  
• The winner is responsible for paying for their own transportation to San Diego;
• TreVita handles the remaining logistics of the TreVita experience as communicated to the winner.

1. Media, Filming & Content Obligations. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be recorded and filmed for marketing purposes and to create supporting content (“Marketing Content”). Specifically, the winner agrees to:

1. Record an initial logistics call with the TreVita team to establish expectations and discuss outcomes;
2. Be filmed on site when traveling to San Diego and on to Tijuana for the procedure, including during their time in Tijuana, plus short interviews;
3. Allow the 6-month and 9-month TreVita follow-up calls to be recorded and used for marketing purposes; 
4. Create two (2) videos and two (2) photos featuring Happy Head products and sharing their results; and

The use of their name, image, likeness, voice, signature, and biographical information by the Sponsor and Partner for advertising and promotional purposes, without any additional compensation.Acceptance of this condition is a condition to eligibility for and receipt of any prizes under this Giveaway.

1. Data Collection, Privacy & Sharing. By entering the Giveaway contest, you consent to the Sponsor collecting the information you provide through the entry form and represent and warrant the data entered is accurate. You acknowledge and agree that, after the Giveaway concludes, TreVita will share the entry-form information with Happy Head, and that both TreVita and Happy Head may use your information to contact you about their products, services, and other offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided. Your information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s and Partner’s privacy practices and applicable law. 2. Forfeiture & Alternate Winner. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant or winner who: does not meet eligibility or medical candidacy requirements; fails to respond or accept within the required time; fails to schedule by the deadline; declines the content or payment obligations; provides false information; or otherwise violates these Terms. In such cases, the Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner.
3. Assumption of Risk & Release. The winner understands that a hair restoration / transplant is a medical procedure that carries inherent risks, and that results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. The winner’s decision to pursue or obtain any health care services is and will be based upon their own investigation, analysis, discussion, and consultation with their health care provider. The winner will receive and should review all medical information and consent forms provided by the health care provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating and accepting the prize, entrants and the winner release the Sponsor and Partner from claims arising out of or resulting from participation in the Giveaway, except for the medical care itself, which is governed by separate agreements and consents with the treating health care provider.
4. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Sponsor nor Partner will be liable to contest participants for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
5. General Conditions. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned (for example, due to fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control). The Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are made in its sole discretion and are final and binding.
6. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be brought and heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
