Quick guide
Each category supports your body in a different way. Your physician chooses based on your goals. Tap a chip to compare.
Joints, tendons and tissue repair. Exosome and PRP injections to support healing in a specific area.
30–60 minutes. A targeted injection after a short preparation; PRP includes a blood draw.
Mild soreness for 1–3 days. Light activity the same day; avoid strenuous use of the area for about 48 hours.
Hydration, nutrients and cellular support. Vitamins, antioxidants and NAD+ delivered directly into the bloodstream.
30–120 minutes. Most drips take under an hour; NAD+ and chelation run longer.
None. You can go straight back to your day. A small bruise at the IV site is possible.
Healing and recovery support. Oxygen under pressure, often used before and after surgery or regenerative treatment.
60–90 minutes. You relax inside the chamber; single sessions or a package around your procedure.
None. Some people feel ear pressure, like on a flight, that clears as the chamber returns to normal.
Thinning hair and scalp health. Exosomes applied with a Dermapen to stimulate the scalp, alone or with a hair transplant.
45–60 minutes. Numbing cream, microneedling and application of the exosome solution.
Redness for 24–48 hours. No washing for 24 hours, and no sun or harsh products for a few days.
Exosomes are tiny messenger particles released by cells. When placed at a joint, tendon or area of tissue damage, they carry signals that support the body’s own repair process. Exosome therapy is an injection, guided to the target area by the treating physician, and is available in four concentrations Confirm
Recovery. Mild soreness or swelling at the injection site for one to three days is common. Walk and move normally the same day, avoid strenuous use of the area for about 48 hours, and follow your physician’s guidance on anti-inflammatory medication, which may be paused so it does not interfere with the treatment.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is made from your own blood. A small sample is drawn, spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and growth factors, and injected into the area being treated. Because it comes from you, PRP is well tolerated and is one of the most established regenerative options Confirm
Recovery. Expect soreness at the injection site for two to three days; some clients notice a temporary increase in discomfort before it settles. Rest the area for 24 to 48 hours, then return to light activity. Your physician may ask you to pause anti-inflammatory medication for a short period before and after.
A high dose of vitamin C delivered straight into the bloodstream, which allows far higher levels than the body can absorb from tablets or food. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and plays a role in collagen formation, immune function and tissue repair.
Recovery. None. You can return to your day immediately. Drink water afterwards; a small bruise at the IV site is possible.
CONFIRMGlutathione is the body’s primary antioxidant, made in the liver and used to neutralize free radicals and process toxins. Levels fall with age, stress and illness. Delivered by IV, glutathione reaches the bloodstream directly, which is why it’s a frequent add-on after a procedure or at the end of a wellness stay.
Recovery. None. Occasional mild lightheadedness during the push settles within minutes. No restrictions afterwards.
A well-known blend of vitamin C, B vitamins, magnesium and calcium in a hydrating base. It’s the all-round option: a single drip that replaces fluids and tops up the nutrients most commonly depleted by travel, stress, illness or recovery.
Recovery. None. Some people feel warmth or flushing as the magnesium goes in; this is expected and passes quickly.
Chelation uses a binding agent, most often EDTA, delivered by IV to attach to heavy metals such as lead, mercury and cadmium so the body can remove them. It is a physician-supervised treatment, given as a course of sessions, and is recommended only after a consultation that confirms it is appropriate for you. CONFIRM
Recovery. None between sessions, though some clients feel tired for the rest of the day. Drink plenty of water. Kidney function is checked before and during the course, and mineral supplementation may be recommended between sessions.
NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell, essential for turning food into energy and for repairing DNA. Levels decline steadily with age. An NAD+ infusion delivers it directly, and is the add-on most often chosen by clients focused on energy, mental clarity and healthy aging.
Recovery. None, but plan a quiet afternoon. The infusion runs slowly because a fast drip can cause chest tightness, nausea or flushing; the rate is adjusted to keep you comfortable. Eat beforehand and bring something to read or watch.
In hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) you breathe pure oxygen inside a pressurized chamber. The pressure lets your blood carry far more oxygen than usual and deliver it to tissues that need it, which is why HBOT is widely used to support wound healing and recovery. A single session is the way to try it, or to add one targeted session around a treatment.
Recovery. None. You may feel ear pressure as the chamber pressurizes and releases, much like on a flight; swallowing or yawning clears it. Some clients feel pleasantly tired afterwards. Tell your coordinator in advance about any lung or ear conditions, recent surgery to the ear or chest, or if you have a cold, so the session can be timed safely.
A series of sessions scheduled around your procedure, typically starting before surgery or regenerative treatment and continuing through the first days of recovery. HBOT’s benefits build with repetition, so a package is how most physicians recommend using it when the goal is to support healing. CONFIRM
Recovery. None between sessions. Your surgeon confirms when it is safe to begin after a procedure, and sessions are spaced to fit your post-operative checks. Bring loose, comfortable clothing with no metal, and leave electronics outside the chamber.
Door-to-door transportation between where you’re staying, whether that’s the Recovery House or your hotel, and the hyperbaric center for every session in your package. Especially after surgery, this takes the one piece of logistics you’d rather not manage off your plate. CONFIRM
Good to know. Transport is scheduled by your coordination team along with your sessions. If your plans change, let your client consultant know and the pickups are adjusted.
A scalp treatment that combines microneedling with exosomes. The Dermapen creates thousands of tiny channels in the scalp, which stimulates circulation and lets the exosome solution reach the hair follicles directly. The exosomes then signal the follicles to support growth and scalp health. It can be done on its own or as part of a hair transplant plan. CONFIRM
Recovery. Redness and a sunburn-like feeling for 24 to 48 hours. Don’t wash your hair for 24 hours, and avoid sun, sweating, swimming, hats that rub and harsh hair products for about three days. Light flaking in the following week is normal. Most clients return to work the next day.
Four ways wellness add-ons support the care you're planning.
Hydration, nutrients and oxygen before a procedure help you start from a stronger place, so your body has what it needs to heal.
HBOT and IV therapy are scheduled around your procedure, when swelling, fatigue and tissue repair matter most.
Exosome and PRP injections put support exactly where it's needed, as a stand-alone option or alongside a larger treatment.
Your coordination team fits every session into your itinerary, 20–30 minutes from San Diego's airport, with transport when you need it.
FAQ's
No. Every add-on can be scheduled on its own, as a wellness stay, or combined with a procedure. Many clients first try an IV or a single HBOT session during a procedure trip and come back for more.
A TreVita physician, during your free consultation. They review your history, medications and goals and recommend only what fits. Some add-ons, such as chelation, require lab testing first.
Add-ons are quoted individually during your consultation, based on what your physician recommends and how many sessions are involved. Schedule a free consultation and you’ll receive a clear quote with nothing hidden.
At partner clinics in Baja California, Mexico, 20–30 minutes from San Diego’s airport. Your coordination team arranges the schedule and, when you add HBOT Transport, the rides as well.
Often, yes. Drips are frequently combined in one visit, and HBOT is commonly paired with regenerative injections. Your physician confirms what can be combined safely and in what order.
Your physician selects from 2.5, 5, 10 or 15 billion based on the area being treated and your plan. The right concentration depends on your case, not on choosing the highest number. Confirm
IV therapy and HBOT have none. Regenerative injections cause mild soreness for one to three days. Scalp stimulation leaves the scalp red for a day or two. Each service above lists what to expect.
Your surgeon decides, based on your procedure and how you’re healing. Package sessions are spaced to fit your post-operative checks, and your coordinator builds them into your itinerary.
Tell your coordinator before your session. A blocked nose or ear infection makes pressure changes uncomfortable, so the session may be moved. Certain lung conditions also need to be reviewed first. Confirm
The drips use vitamins, minerals and compounds that occur naturally in the body, prepared and administered by licensed clinical staff at partner clinics. Your consultation screens for anything that would make a particular drip unsuitable for you. Confirm
Most plans involve a short series spaced several weeks apart, with maintenance sessions afterwards. Your physician recommends a schedule after assessing your scalp.
Your care team checks in on how you’re responding and tells you if more sessions would help. Nothing is scheduled without your say.
