Our Vetting Process
Five steps we take to ensure your safety, desired outcomes, and premium experience — every time.
We independently confirm each physician's medical degree through their nation's national degree registry, including where and when they completed their medical education.
We confirm that each physician's applicable medical and specialty licenses are current and match their professional credentials.
Board certifications, professional memberships, and specialty credentials are verified with issuing organizations. We visit in person — spotless space, English-speaking reception, modern equipment, infection control, and emergency protocols.
We review a physician's professional history, patient feedback, and public record in both English and Spanish, looking at the overall pattern of care and experience — not isolated comments.
The clinic or hospital must hold a current COFEPRIS sanitary license for the services it performs. We check the license number against COFEPRIS public lists, including revocations.
Our Story
TreVita’s founder, Dan Koetting, watched people he cared about struggle. Not because the treatments didn’t exist — they did. But because the cost in the U.S. placed them out of reach. Procedures that could change the course of someone’s life, sitting just beyond the financial limit of the people who needed them most.
He didn’t accept that. TreVita was built on the conviction that geography and income should never determine the quality of care someone receives — or the life they’re able to live after it. Our clinic and care teams are in Baja California, just 20–30 minutes from San Diego International Airport.
