I was taken great care of during my time with Trevita for my gastric sleeve! Dr. Sandy and her staff were amazing. There were times in recovery when I didn't have a translator and a few issues with my IV but nothing that wasn't fixable and they were sure to rectify any issues. Recovery was smooth and surgery went really well. I'm glad to have taken this step. They've been very helpful and responsive especially with work forms and follow up appointments. I'm glad to have such a caring team. My PCP recommended them. And I have no regrets going with Trevita and Dr. Sandy. If you're on the fence, do it! I saved thousands of dollars out if pocket since my insurance wouldn't cover it. Take that leap of faith. Ask all the questions and get all the info you need. And do it!

The whole process went well staff is so friendly. There is someone with you every step of the way.The recovery house was lovely we got 2 beds as my husband went with me. The one small thing that I feel could uses some adjustment is the food at the recovery house, was not really my taste, it would be nice if you got a menu or atleast a few choices. I would recommend it to friends for sure.

Hello my name is Joe Richards and I picked trevita for the stem cell treatment for my specific medical issue I did a lot of research and I found this company to be the best fit for me.anybody that I had to talk to on the phone was very polite answered all of my questions and quoted me a price everything's up front there's no hidden costs I thank you to Fernanda. Fernando and Andrea the coordinators it has been 3 weeks since my procedure and I've already had a video chat with them as they were checking on my well-being see if I had any results yet I think it's a little too early but in the upcoming weeks I should feel something as everything good takes time I flew in I got picked up at the airport and brought to my hotel which they made the arrangements for me and that's included in the cost the following morning I got picked up to be brought to the treatment facility the doctors were very nice and explained to me the procedure it doesn't take very long and it's painless I do look forward with staying in touch with them and giving them my progress reports and I will return in the future for another procedure I just want to thank all of them for being there for me and staying in touch with me I believe stem cells is the medicine of the future in the future is now thank you very much sincerely Joe Richards

After hearing about stem cell therapy for chronic pain and congestive heart failure I decided it was the less invasive alternative to a knee replacement or heart transplant which is what I was facing.. The knee injury is 20 years old and has only recently become a daily issue threatening my mobility. My other issue is the congestive heart failure I inherited from my mothers side of the family with three uncles dying from heart related diseases while still in their forties.. after deciding on the procedure I contacted 3 reputable facilities one in Panama, one in Mexico City and tre-vita in Tijuana.. the other two facilities were way out of my price range so when I spoke with a tre-vita rep and was told my total cost for the IV treatment I started looking deeper into tre-vita's history and testimonies from previous patients.. once I was done with my research I was convinced tre-vita was the clinic for me and with a price tag half of what their competitors are asking it was a no brainer.. two weeks after my procedure I am noticing a considerable improvement in my knee and my usual shortness of breath from the heart failure has subsided slightly but seems to be improving with each passing day.. I told the doctor that if I made no more improvement I feel I got my moneys worth but he laughingly informed me this is just the beginning and to expect much more in the way of improvement.. I highly recommend tre-vita to anyone suffering from chronic pain or heart failure, it's been a life changing experience for me and I'm told it's just the beginning..

My wife went here and well at a loss for words really for the money that was paid. She paid for a surgery the didn't do but still charged for, she didn't receive any of the services that came with the recovery house, while the doctor did good work the ball was as soon as she when into the recovery section of her treatment now making her have to come back. Update as of 3-31 she is now in the hospital in California fighting for her life, him and his team are denying any wrong doing and pointing fingers at the recovery facility as well as them doing back to the doctor Update as of 4-09 he hasn't once contacted her since being in the hospital and tried getting her in to see her. She is being given the run around by Travelita no questions being answered. Let's not forget they haven't once offered the money back that she paid for a surgery in addition to the others she received from him that he didn't even perform on her...still as of 4-20-2026 they haven't given out money back on the surgery she didn't receive nor the services she paid for and didn't receive. They and the doctor are trying to bully us into taking our reviews down by not giving her work the work release forms from her surgery unless we take it down

Fernando's warm, down-to-earth nature made both me and my partner feel like family, significantly enhancing our overall experience. The hotel was beautifully relaxing, and both the hospital and recovery house were impeccably clean and welcoming. Having personal drivers throughout the process added a great level of convenience and comfort. My only suggestion for future patients is to have a translator app handy if you don't speak Spanish, as not all staff are fluent in English. I am absolutely thrilled with my results and will definitely choose TreVita again for any future procedures.

TreVita honestly changed my life. A little over a year ago I was around 300 pounds, and now I'm down to 230. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and they made me feel comfortable through the entire process. The staff was always helpful, supportive, and answered any questions I had. This journey has helped me not just physically but mentally too, and I'm grateful I made the decision to go through with it. My experience was amazing from start to finish. From the driver, to the hotel, to the hospital, and the entire Trevita staff—everyone was so kind and attentive. I never felt alone. They were always there when I needed anything, and even when I didn't, they would still check on me. That meant so much, especially since I was nervous going into this. My driver, Mauricio, was great. Fernanda and Fernando were both amazing, and even though I didn't meet Andrea in person, she was wonderful over the phone. Dr. Sandy Martinez and Dr. Tania Gonzalez was incredible—They really helped calm my nerves and walked me through everything with so much care. Dr. Sandy Martinez assistant Enrique was also awesome and made me feel at ease throughout everything. The nutritionists and the rest of the hospital staff were all so supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel before and after my procedure was also beautiful and peaceful. I honestly would go back just to stay there again because the atmosphere was so relaxing. The only advice I would give is if you're driving or renting a car from San Diego, make sure to give yourself at least an extra hour and a half when crossing back into the U.S. The fast track line still takes some time, so plan ahead. Overall, I had such a great experience. I went in feeling scared and nervous, but the care I received made all the difference. I truly felt supported every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
